Learn to massage your baby as well as networking with other mum's and babies. Learn a routine to relieve colic symptoms, promote better sleep, improve blood circulation, build your confidence and learn about your baby's needs. These classes will give you quality time with your baby

CUPPING WORKSHOP WITH CHINESE MEDICINE

This is a one day workshop. It incorporates some practical skills with information about the Chinese Medicine perspective on diet and lifestyle changes. It is useful for muscle aches/pains, constipation, period pain general coughs/colds and can prevent exaccerbation of an asthma attack. This course is suitable for people who wish to use this wonderful ancient skill on friends and family.

Learn some simple acupressure points, cupping skills, and dietary changes to help maintain freedom from exacerbation of Asthma.
