By reading these terms it is assumed you have agreed to them.

Kindly give 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel a booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be liable for payment of the full cost of treatment.

Please arrive on time for your treatment. Late arrival may mean you have missed your treatment slot or you may only receive treatment for the remainder of your allocated slot. in both cases the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

For appointments after 6pm your practitioner will wait for 15 minutes after the allocated appointment time.
